Todd Legge

Todd Legge currently works for Darling Ingredients, Inc., based in Irving, TX, as a Finished Goods Sales Representative covering the eastern US.  Darling Ingredients, Inc. is the world’s largest rendering company with over 260 locations in 15 different countries.  They are focused on repurposing and recycling materials from the animal agriculture and food industries.

Todd was born, and raised in Middletown, Virginia on his family’s beef cattle operation, Garrett Farms, LLC.  He graduated in 2000 from Virginia Tech, with a BS in Animal and Poultry Science.  Todd is extremely active with FFA serving on the VA FFA Foundation Board, serving as President of the Darling Ingredients FFA Alumni and Supporters Chapter, and coaching an Ag Sales CDE Team.

Todd, his wife Holly, and 2 children, Hunter and Morgan still live on the family farm with their 2 Jack Russells, JJ and Odie, and English Bulldog, Dottie.  The family are members of Round Hill Church in Winchester, VA.

I am extremely excited to be selected as a member of Class VII of the VALOR program because of my love and passion for the agriculture industry and the future of agriculture in VA.  I look forward to using the relationships, knowledge, and connections that I will make in the program to continue to advocate for agriculture, advancing the technologies in the industry, and assisting in molding the future of the agriculture in Virginia, the Eastern Region, and the US.
