Sarah Wilson
Sarah grew up on her family’s beef cattle farm in Russell County, Virginia, cultivating a lifelong passion for agriculture. She pursued her education at Virginia Tech, earning a degree in Animal and Poultry Science. After graduation, Sarah embarked on a career in pharmaceutical sales, first with Forest Laboratories and later with Bristol-Myers Squibb. In 2010, Sarah returned to her roots on the family farm.
Currently, Sarah and her husband operate their cow calf operation across Russell and Washington Counties also producing grass hay, summer annuals, and cool season grasses. Sarah enjoys being involved in her community, contributing her time to organizations such as the Washington County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee and the Russell County Chamber of Commerce. She is also an active member of Maple Grove Presbyterian Church and serves as a commissioner on the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission. In her spare time she enjoys barrel racing.
Sarah resides in Abingdon, Virginia, with her husband, Adam and their two children.
