Nathan Walsh   

Nate is a Virginia winegrower.  He has worked in wineries and vineyards in Northern Virginia, Central Virginia, as well as Oregon and New Zealand.  He is the vineyard manager and winemaker for Walsh Family Wine, in Loudoun County, Virginia, with a focus on producing premium Virginia wines.  

Quote regarding his participation in VALOR: I am very excited to broaden my perspective and knowledge of Virginia agriculture through the VALOR program, and to exchange creative ideas with the members of my class and the alumni.  I hope to be able to convey to the other agricultural industries of Virginia how the wine industry works, and what it is that we're hoping to accomplish.
