Frank Alber Johnson, Jr.

Frank  is the Chief Leadership Officer of Hope for Family and Business Prosperity, LLC (HFBP).  Mr. Johnson specializes in leadership development.  His current clients include government agencies, public school systems, non-profits, religious organizations, and private business entities.  He attended Hampton University and received a BA in English.  Past experience involves teaching 9-12 graders, community colleges, corrections education, and adult education.  His communication and analytical skills contribute to organizational wellness.  Currently, he is an elected board member serving on the Northern Neck Soil and Water Conservation District’s (NNSWCD) Board of Directors.
